The “One Anothers”
Hello all! This week we finish up our series, Home. Next week we’ll start our series on discipleship. We are really excited for the fall and look forward to partnering with you to pursue life transformation as we, the people of Jesus, experience the presence of Jesus.
The “One Anothers” are not an optional add on to a life surrendered to Jesus
Live in Harmony with Each Other
Romans 12:14-16; 1 Peter 3:8
Living in harmony doesn’t mean we think the same as everyone else, but instead finding the way back home to Jesus whenever we disagree.
Spur One Another on Towards Love and Good Deeds
Hebrews 10:23-25
Start by thinking of others! Are we inciting, irritating, provoking toward love and good deeds, or toward distrust, anger, frustration, selfishness, negativity, etc?
Carry Each Others Burdens
Galatians 6:1-5; immediately preceded by Galatians 5:22-25; Matthew 11:28-30
There is an individual responsibility to the Lord and also a corporate responsibility to the people of God.“A spiritual Christian should welcome any burden which the Lord brings his way.”
